- Application: Use first thing in the morning and before you go to bed.
- Warm and Inhale: Warm the product between your hands, inhale the aroma, and slowly exhale.
- Massage: Gently massage your face outwards and upwards from the chin.
- Removal: Remove the product using a warm, damp face cloth or Refresh and Clarify Facial Toner.
- Deep Cleanse: For a deep cleanse, leave the product on for 2-3 minutes before removing.
- Toner: Complete your daily face care ritual by using the Refresh and Clarify Facial Toner.
- Moisturise: Treat your face with your chosen Made for Life facial oil or moisturising balm.

With a little patience, this cleanser melts heavy duty mascara so you can gently wipe it away. It is also great for general cleansing of skin, and I have found it helpful in combatting blepharitis - I think it is the massaging of the eyelids whilst cleansing which keeps the skin round the eyes healthy. The ingredients are wonderful and it feels great for my skin.
