Made For Life's Eden Project Christmas Fair 2024 Competition
1) Promoter: Made For Life Organics Ltd, The Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre, Treliske, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 3FF, Company number: 04767760.
2) Competition Duration: The competition commences at 16:00 on Wednesday, 27th November 2024, and closes at 23:59 on 28th November 2024.
3) Winners Reward: a total of 3 gift sets - Mindful Moments Set, Organic 3 Step Routine, Little Luxuries Organic Skincare Set
4) Draw Details:
Once the competition closes, entrants will be collated and a winner will be drawn at random by 6th December 2024.
The winner will be notified via their entered email address and will have one week to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed after a week, a new winner will be drawn.
Winners will receive their prizes via mail to their address.
Customers must enter the competition via the QR code and link available, by submitting their email address on the competition page. The code and link can be found at Made For Life's Stall within the Eden Project Christmas Fair 2024.
5) Exclusions:
a. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
b. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter the competition and live within the UK.
c. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
d. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
6)Modification or Termination: The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
7) Liability: The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the promotional offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
